Job summary

CountryHouse Dickinson, part of Agemark Senior Living, seeks a compassionate Medication Aide to join our full-time team in Dickinson, ND. You will safely administer medications, document care, and monitor residents under physician orders and care plans.

Ideal candidates hold a 40-hour Medication Aide certification, have clear English communication, and demonstrate empathy for older adults. This role supports a caring community with growth opportunities within Agemark.

We're looking for a compassionate Medication Aide who is passionate about helping others and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents every day.

What You’ll Do

• Safely administer medications according to the physician's orders and residents’ care plans.
• Accurately document medication administration and maintain records in our system.
• Observe residents for any changes in condition, side effects, or concerns, and promptly report to nursing staff.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, providing compassion and dignity in every interaction.
• Build meaningful connections with residents, families, and your fellow team members.
• Contribute to a positive and supportive community environment where everyone feels valued.

What We’re Looking For

• Active 40-hour Medication Aide certification (or equivalent, depending on state requirements).
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Compassion, patience, and a genuine interest in serving older adults.
• Basic computer skills for medication tracking and documentation.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed.
