Apple Creek Place Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Medication Aide to ensure safe and accurate medication support for residents. You will administer medications, document diligently, and monitor for side effects in partnership with nursing staff.

Qualifications

• Medication aide certification required by state.
• Caregiver or CNA experience preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered and delegated.
• Document medications accurately and timely.
• Observe residents for side effects and changes, reporting concerns.
• Perform narcotic counts and cart audits.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality.
• Assist with ADLs and meal service.
• Support residents’ independence and socialization.
• Follow safety, infection control, and OSHA procedures.
