Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group is seeking a part-time Medication Aide at Autumn Care of Myrtle Grove in Wilmington, NC. You will administer medications to residents under supervision, following physician orders and state regulations in a skilled nursing setting.

Ideal candidates are registered or listed in good standing, have completed the QMA competency program if required, and possess basic computer and EHR skills. Wages start at $25/hour with part-time shifts.

Qualifications

• Be listed in good standing on the registry as a medication aide in the state.
• Passed the QMA competency evaluation program consisting of a written test, if your state requires.
• Must possess high school diploma or equivalent and be enrolled or graduated.
• Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate EHR software.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications to residents as ordered by the attending Physician, under the direction of a licensed nurse.
• Adhere to nursing standards, community policies, and state requirements.
• Provide safe, compassionate care while documenting activities in the EHR.
