Job summary

Greentree Ridge Health & Rehab Center in Asheville, NC is seeking a Medication Aide to administer prescribed medications to residents under licensed nurse supervision. Flexible full-time and part-time shifts available, including 1st and 3rd shifts and weekend Baylor.

You will be listed in good standing on the state medication aide registry, complete any required QMA competency evaluation, and possess a high school diploma or equivalent with basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• Be listed in good standing on the registry as a medication aide in your state.
• Pass the QMA competency evaluation if required in your state.
• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications to residents as ordered by the attending physician under the direction of a licensed nurse.
• Follow established nursing standards, community policies and state requirements.
