Wellington Oaks in Greensboro, NC is seeking a dedicated Medication Aide to join our care team. You will administer medications, monitor residents’ health, and support nursing staff in providing high-quality care in a compassionate, safe environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Completion of a state-approved Medication Aide training program is preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in healthcare, senior living, or long-term care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Medication administration: prepare, administer, and document medications as orders and protocols.
• Health monitoring: observe and report changes in residents’ health and vital signs.
• Resident engagement: build compassionate relationships and encourage participation in wellness activities.
• Safety & compliance: follow infection control procedures and maintain organized medication carts and records.
