Job Title: Medication Aide – Wadsworth Campus – Assisted Living/Memory Care
Certification Required: Must have Medication Aide Certification through the Ohio Nursing Board

Schedule: Days: 7am-11:30am, with options for additional shifts

Position Summary:
The Medication Aide assists with personal care and medication administration under the supervision of LPN/RN, while monitoring resident conditions and documenting changes.

Qualifications:

1. Must be 18 years or older
2. High school education or equivalent preferred
3. Must be a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) in good standing
4. Current Medication Aide Certification
5. Weekend/Holiday rotation may be required

Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, perform various physical tasks, and communicate effectively with residents and staff. Must be able to make independent decisions and respond to emergencies.
