Job summary

The Reserve at First Colony Assisted Living and Memory Care in Sugar Land, TX is seeking a Medication Technician (PRN) to safely administer prescribed medications and maintain accurate medication records for residents. Pay is $18/hour with flexible PRN shifts including days, evenings and nights.

You will monitor residents for side effects, report changes to licensed nursing staff, and assist with daily living activities while ensuring a safe, clean environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of medication administration and caregiving experience required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Safely administer prescribed medications to residents in accordance with state regulations and company policies
• Maintain accurate medication records, monitor for side effects or changes in residents’ health, and promptly report any concerns to licensed nursing staff
• Provide support with daily living activities, assist residents with personal care needs, and help ensure a safe, clean, and supportive environment
