Job summary

The W Group is hiring a Medication Aide to support residents in our northern Kentucky community. This role handles medication distribution and works closely with management, families, and the pharmacy to ensure safe, compassionate care.

We offer full-time and part-time shifts, including mornings and evenings, with benefits such as health coverage, paid time off, and training. Previous experience pouring medication is required; ALIS knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have previous experience pouring medication.
• Knowledge of assisted living policies and procedures.
• Ability to follow directions and protocol after training.
• Knowledge of ALIS is a plus, not required.
