Job summary

Home Again is seeking a dedicated Medication Aide to support residents with daily activities, medication reminders, and engaging Life Enrichment activities. You will work within a compassionate team that treats residents like family and helps them live with dignity and joy.

Part-time and full-time hours are available, with AM/PM/NOC shifts to accommodate life needs. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are offered to support staff wellbeing.

Part Time And Full Time Hours Available

• AM Shift: 6:00a-2:00p
• PM Shift: 2:00p-10:00p
• NOC Shift 10:00p-6:00a

What You'll Do

• Build meaningful connections while supporting residents with daily activities like bathing, grooming, dining, and medication reminders.
• Help create joyful moments through Life Enrichment programs and daily routines.
• Respond to residents' needs with patience, compassion, and care.
• Be an essential part of our mission: helping residents truly feel "home again".

• Certified in Medication Administration
