Greentree Ridge Health & Rehab Center in Asheville, NC is seeking a Medication Aide to administer medications to residents as ordered by the attending physician, under the direction of a licensed nurse. You will work within established nursing standards and facility policies.
Candidates must be in good standing on the state registry, complete the QMA competency program if required, and have or be pursuing a high school diploma. Basic computer skills and familiarity with EHR are needed.

The primary purpose of your job is to administer medications to residents as ordered by the attending Physician, under the direction of a licensed nurse within the scope of practice for Medication Aides. The administration of medication shall be in accordance with established nursing standards, the community policies, procedures, and practices, and the requirements of the state in which you operate.
