Palmetto GBA, a BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina subsidiary, is seeking a Medicare Tech Support analyst to test CMS release changes for MCS (Part B) and FISS (Part A). You will research production issues and assist with reporting and debugging, collaborating across departments to improve processes and deliver reliable software updates.

The role emphasizes building test plans, matrices, and documentation, plus coordinating testing activities and ensuring changes align with business

Responsabilidades

• Evaluates activities, performance and systems for standards and workflow simplification.
• Compiles data for analysis and prepares reports for management.
• Reviews system enhancements for applicable customer file changes.
• Coordinates testing and debugging of new or modified software.
• Creates test matrices and supporting documentation.
• Develops and executes formal test plans to ensure quality software deliveries.
• Monitors software implementations for exceptions and impacts on processes.
• Identifies and documents system problems and assists in resolution.
• Researches issues and proposes solutions.
