Job summary

Global Communications Services is seeking an Experienced Business Analyst to support Medicare Part A/B shared systems. You will develop requirements, clarify needs for technical staff, and create test plans and data for FISS changes.

The role involves strong documentation, test execution, and coordination with CMS and internal teams. The position requires a Bachelor's degree and Medicare claims processing experience, with a predominately virtual team and on-site locations in Plano, TX and Camp

Qualifications

• Experience developing detailed business requirements with customers.
• Ability to clarify requirements for technical staff and teams.
• Experience creating test plans and test cases for change requests.
• Experience creating test data in FISS and supporting unit testing.
• Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Knowledge of FISS or Medicare claims processing systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed business requirements with the customer.
• Clarify requirements for internal technical staff.
• Develop the test plan and test cases for each change request.
• Create test data through entering claims/transactions in FISS.
• Provide test data to developers to support unit testing.
• Execute integration and system testing; document outcomes and defects.
• Coordinate reviews with customers, BAs, and developers.
• Deliver quarterly release documentation and maintain deadlines.
• Provide weekly status reports to the project manager.
