Are you passionate about serving the Medicare population and seeking a sales role with the potential to directly impact your income? Do you excel at building trust within communities and exceeding expectations? We are looking for licensed, motivated, and self-driven individuals to join our team.

In this field position, you will build community relationships, generate your own sales, and meet sales goals and metrics independently. You will interact face-to-face, virtually, and via telephone with Humana’s customers, external partners, and the community. Face-to-face activities include grassroots marketing, community events, and home visits. Our Medicare Sales Field Agents sell health plans and educate beneficiaries about our services, including Life, Annuity, Indemnity, Dental, Vision, Prescription, and more.

Required Qualifications:

• Ability to conduct daily face-to-face interactions in the field
• Active Health Insurance license or ability to obtain prior to start
• Proficiency with laptops, mobile applications, CRM tools, and sales/marketing resources
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
• Valid driver’s license, proof of vehicle insurance (100/300/100 limits), and a clean Motor Vehicle Report
• Internet speed of at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload; wireless, wired, or DSL connections preferred
• Remote work from home in California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota with internet reimbursement
• Dedicated, interruption-free workspace to protect member information
• Reside within the assigned territory/county

Preferred Qualifications:

• Active Life and Variable Annuity Insurance licenses
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
• Experience with TEAMS and PowerPoint
• Community engagement and volunteer experience
• Experience selling Medicare products
• Bilingual in English and another language
• Public speaking and presentation skills

Schedule: Flexibility required for evenings and weekends, with mandatory training in the first 3-4 weeks.
