Senior ProfessionalIn this field position, you will build community relationships, drive self-generated sales, and meet sales goals and metrics while working independently. You will interact with Humana’s customers, external business partners, and the community through face-to-face, virtual, and telephonic interactions. Face-to-face activities include grassroots marketing, community events, and visiting prospects in their homes. Our Medicare Sales Field Agents sell individual health plan products and educate beneficiaries on our services in a field setting. Additional products include Life, Annuity, Indemnity, Dental, Vision, Prescription, and more.

Additional Information
Schedule: Flexibility is essential; meetings may occur evenings and weekends. Training is mandatory for the first 3-4 weeks.
Interview Process: We use HireVue for initial screening. Selected candidates will receive a text invitation for a 5-10 minute video prescreen, with next steps communicated if successful.
