Overview

Are you passionate about serving the Medicare population and seeking a sales role with significant income potential? Do you excel at building trust within the community and surpassing expectations? We are looking for licensed, motivated, and self-driven individuals to join our team.

In this field role, you will build community relationships, generate your own sales, and meet sales goals while working independently. Your interactions will include face-to-face meetings, virtual sessions, and telephonic communication with customers, partners, and community members. Face-to-face activities include grassroots marketing, community events, and home visits. Our Medicare Sales Field Agents sell health plans and educate beneficiaries about our services, along with other products like Life, Annuity, Dental, Vision, and Prescription plans.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Ability to conduct daily face-to-face interactions in the field
• Active Health Insurance license or ability to obtain before start date
• Proficiency with laptops, mobile apps, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle insurance (minimum 100/300/100 limits), with Motor Vehicle Report screening
• Internet speed of at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload; wireless or wired connection
• Work from a dedicated, interruption-free space respecting patient privacy
• Reside within the assigned territory/County

Preferred Qualifications

• Life and Variable Annuity Insurance licenses
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
• Experience with TEAMS, PowerPoint, community engagement, and Medicare sales
• Bilingual in English and another language
• Public speaking and presentation skills

Additional Information

• Language proficiency assessments may be required for non-English speakers
• Applicants may need to provide Social Security Number for background checks

Schedule: Flexibility required for evenings and weekends; appointments and events vary.

Training: First 3-4 weeks of employment, mandatory attendance.

Compensation & Benefits
