Medicare Sales Field Agent - Adams County, CO

Are you passionate about the Medicare population and looking for an opportunity to work in sales with the ability to directly impact your income potential? Do you have a track record of building trusting relationships in the community and exceeding expectations? If so, we are looking for licensed, highly motivated, and self-driven individuals to join our team.

In this field position, you will build community relationships, drive self-generated sales, and meet sales goals and metrics while working independently. You will interact with Humana’s customers, external business partners, and the community through face-to-face, virtual, and telephonic interactions. Face-to-face activities include grassroots marketing, community events, and visiting prospects at their homes. Our Medicare Sales Field Agents sell individual health plans and educate beneficiaries about our services in a field setting. Additional products include Life, Annuity, Indemnity, Dental, Vision, and Prescription plans.

Required Qualifications:

  • Ability to have daily face-to-face interactions with prospective members in the field
  • Active Health Insurance license or ability to obtain before start date
  • Experience with technology, including laptops, mobile apps, CRM tools, and sales/marketing resources
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
  • Valid driver’s license, personal vehicle insurance (100/300/100 limits), and willingness to undergo Motor Vehicle Report
  • Reliable internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload); wireless, wired, or DSL preferred
  • Remote work from a dedicated, interruption-free space to protect member information
  • Must reside within the assigned territory/County

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Active Life and Variable Annuity Insurance licenses
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience with TEAMS, PowerPoint, community engagement, and selling Medicare products
  • Bilingual abilities in English and another language
  • Experience in public speaking and presentations

Additional Information:

  • Language proficiency assessments may be required for non-English speakers
  • Applicants may need to provide their SSN for leader review via a secure email link

Schedule: Flexibility required for evenings and weekends due to member appointments and events.

Training: Mandatory first 3-4 weeks of employment.

Interview Process: Using HireVue technology for initial screening, with a 5-10 minute video response. Successful candidates will proceed to further steps.

Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40

Pay Range: $31,800 - $43,800 annually, plus potential commissions based on performance. Compensation varies by location and experience.
