Job summary

CVS Health in the United States is expanding its Medicare strategy and insights team to support provider enablement. This role will act as a subject matter expert on Medicare Risk Adjustment, tracking activities and performance at provider group and sponsor levels.

You will collaborate with RIPOE to create best-in-class initiatives, design analytics using cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Databricks, SAS, SQL), and develop reporting for stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' design and coding experience in SAS, SQL, Python or similar programming language.
• 5+ years' experience leading analytics initiatives with track record of business impact.
• Experience building BI dashboards and data assets.
• Experience with health data domains preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop analytical solutions leveraging cloud technologies to support Medicare Informatics initiatives.
• Create scalable data assets and reporting frameworks using modern data platforms.
• Develop analytical tools including membership and risk score trend tracking.
• Provide ad-hoc analytics to help business partners understand problems and goals.
• Lead the creation of provider group reporting and publish stakeholder reports.
