Job summary

ArchWell Health seeks an operations-minded Business Systems Analyst to design, implement, and optimize automated, integrated systems for employee data across the organization.

The role collaborates with stakeholders to gather requirements, build system roadmaps, and oversee cross-system data flows and vendor partnerships, supporting a fast-growing healthcare provider focused on senior members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting business systems, operations, and/or project management.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements from internal stakeholders and translate them into system specifications.
• Design and build a roadmap for where employee data resides across systems.
• Lead system integration efforts to enable data extraction and automation.
• Collaborate with IT to implement workflows that improve user experience.
• Develop clear communication plans for system needs, implementations, and updates.
• Liaise with external vendors to push projects to completion.
