Job summary

Independence Blue Cross is seeking a Senior Data Insight & Reporting Analyst- Medicare Risk Adjustment to advance coding accuracy and provider education. You will own data infrastructure, analytics and dashboards, turning claims and clinical data into insights for leaders and primary care partners.

Requires a Bachelor's in a related field, 5+ years of experience, advanced SQL and BI tooling familiarity. Master’s preferred; strong communication and collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Math, Business, Finance, Economics, Actuarial Science or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of related professional work experience.
• Advanced SQL knowledge level.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project knowledge level.
• Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct data analysis for analytic solutions for leaders and providers.
• Capture, document data definitions, business rules and data quality requirements.
• Create reports, ad hoc requests and dashboards.
• Interpret data to identify trends, opportunities and operational impact.
• Track KPIs and explain metric performance.
• Collaborate to solve complex problems.
