Job summary

Baba in New York City seeks a RCM Lead to run revenue cycle end to end, billing Medicare/Medicaid, handle eligibility, claims, denials, cash posting, and reconciliation. You will own payer enrollment and credentialing, build SOPs, and lead a billing team while coordinating with Clinical Ops, Product, and Engineering.

This is a full‑time, NYC‑based role in the Soho office. You'll shape automated and AI-assisted billing workflows as Baba expands service lines and revenue models, ensuring accuracy

Qualifications

• 5+ years in revenue cycle or medical billing
• 2+ years managing a billing team
• Experience with Medicare/Medicaid billing and multi-payer environments
• Ability to own end-to-end RCM metrics and improvements
• Experience with audits (CMS, payer) and documentation controls

Responsibilities

• Own the full claim lifecycle for Medicare and Medicaid billing.
• Track and drive core RCM metrics; report weekly and explain movements.
• Own payer enrollment and credentialing for clinicians and entities.
• Build and maintain SOPs for all RCM workflows and coach the billing team.
• Partner with Clinical Operations to align time capture with codes billed.
• Resolve patient billing questions and payer escalations with a patient-first approach.
• Own audit readiness and response for billing inquiries and CMS standards.
• Administer provider payment reconciliation in partnership with Finance.
• Collaborate with Product & Engineering to test automation and AI-assisted billing tools.
