Job summary

CVS Health is recruiting a Senior Manager, Medicare Product Implementation to lead end-to-end Medicare Advantage program deployments and ongoing operations. You will coordinate stakeholders, manage plans, ensure compliance and drive improvements in member experience.

The role focuses on delivering timely, accurate implementations, aligning benefits with regulatory requirements, and steering cross-functional teams to successful year-over-year delivery.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with 5+ years in Medicare Advantage including supplemental benefits and regulations.
• Experience managing projects and implementations.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives with collaboration.
• Experience with execution, planning, delivering and stakeholder communication.
• Experience managing vendors and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Act as a top-level specialist and lead end-to-end implementation and ongoing operations for assigned Medicare Advantage programs.
• Develop, maintain and manage delivery plans, business rules, eligibility requirements and member journeys.
• Lead regular project and implementation meetings across strategy, compliance, eligibility, customer service and contracts.
• Partner with internal and vendor teams to align benefits with member experience.
• Monitor performance, identify trends and resolve operational issues related to eligibility and benefits.
