Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Medicare Product Implementation to lead end-to-end Medicare Advantage implementations and ongoing operations. You will partner with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely, compliant delivery of programs and robust member experience.

You will oversee requirements, plans, governance, and documentation while driving improvements in program performance and operational effectiveness for our health plan initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of work experience with Medicare Advantage including supplemental benefits and regulations.
• Experience managing projects and implementations.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation and ongoing operations for Medicare Advantage programs.
• Develop and manage implementation deliverables, timelines, and requirements.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings and coordinate with internal and external partners.
• Ensure compliance with CMS regulations and internal policies; support audits and inquiries.
• Identify opportunities for performance improvement and operational efficiency.
