Job summary

Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC) is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Solutions to lead strategy, development, and ongoing management of Medicare Part D offerings across PDP and MAPD.

You will design plans, oversee competitive intelligence and annual bids, manage a team, and collaborate with sales, finance, operations, and clinical teams to drive innovation, performance, and growth across a complex Medicare portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 7 years in health care, health insurance, or strategic consulting OR 11 years in the same fields.
• Two years’ experience managing and leading teams with hiring/training staff and managing a department budget.
• Experience in managed care product development, benefits consulting or project management.
• Experience interfacing with corporate leadership and communicating at all levels of the organization.
• Experience managing multiple complex priorities and a heavy workload.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, development, and ongoing management of Medicare Part D products across PDP/MAPD.
• Coordinate with cross-functional partners to drive product performance and growth.
• Evaluate market trends, customer needs, and product performance to inform strategy and new product development.
• Develop and mentor a team, manage stakeholders, and oversee bids and budget.
