Job summary

CareSource in New York seeks a Marketing Outreach Manager to establish relationships with referral sources and educate eligible consumers about Medicare and Medicaid products to drive enrollment growth. This role serves as the main contact for referral sources, potential members, and assists with enrollment in MLTC, MAP and ISNP plans.

You will travel across territories to meet referral sources, present plans, and assist enrollments while maintaining CRM records.

Qualifications

• Fluency in multiple languages as required by business needs.
• Related degree or equivalent work experience may be accepted in lieu of education.
• Experience in managed care or account management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive enrollment growth across all product lines.
• Serve as subject matter expert on MLTC, MAP, ISNP.
• Develop relationships with referral sources and strategic partners.
• Travel to meet referral sources and conduct enrollment presentations.
• Maintain CRM documentation of referrals and enrollments.
• Present information and conduct events compliant with regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve goals.
