Job summary

Astiva Health in Orange, CA is seeking a Member Service Specialist to handle Medicare Advantage inquiries via phone, enrollments, and member support. You will collect data, address questions, and maintain a high standard of customer service while meeting daily targets.

Ideal candidates excel in communication, have strong listening skills, and can handle objections professionally. Flexible schedules including evenings/weekends may be required; bilingual abilities are valued.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to handle objections and maintain professionalism.
• Bilingual in Vietnamese, Spanish, Korean, or Chinese required.

Responsibilities

• Make 80–150+ outbound calls per day (depending on campaign and targets).
• Introduce the company’s services and collect data using provided scripts.
• Identify customer needs, answer questions, overcome objections, and build rapport.
• Meet or exceed KPIs such as talk time and conversion rate.
• Follow all compliance guidelines.
• Participate in daily/weekly training and coaching sessions.
• Go above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service.
• Regular and consistent attendance.
• Other duties as assigned.
