Job summary

The Learning and Development Program Manager at Alameda Alliance will design and develop comprehensive training for the Medicare Advantage D-SNP product for internal staff and external providers. You will collaborate with Medicare leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure curriculum aligns with regulatory requirements and organizational goals.

This role requires strong instructional design and LMS expertise, with hands-on experience in Articulate Rise/Storyline, HTML/CSS/JS, and SCORM/xAPI

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
5+ years of experience in instructional design or eLearning development.
Experience with Articulate Rise/Storyline and LMS platforms (Percipio, Cornerstone, Moodle).
Strong technical skills for LMS configuration and administration (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SCORM/xAPI).
Experience designing learning in regulated environments (healthcare, insurance, or government programs) preferred.

Responsibilities

Design and develop comprehensive training for the Medicare Advantage D-SNP product for internal staff and external providers and stakeholders.
Collaborate with Medicare leadership and departmental leadership to ensure content aligns with regulatory requirements and business objectives.
Manage LMS administration, content organization, and performance tracking to optimize learner engagement.
Create interactive learning modules using Articulate Rise/Storyline and other platforms; ensure SCORM/xAPI compliance.
Develop scalable learning pathways, assessment materials, and analytics dashboards.
