Job summary

Integrity in Clearwater, FL seeks an Insurance Administrative Solutions (IAS) customer service representative to assist agents and insureds with policy information, changes, and inquiries. You will document calls, process requests, and maintain accurate records in the client system.

Utilizing policy forms, insurance laws, and internal procedures, you will ensure prompt, courteous service while upholding quality standards and effective communication with teammates and supervisors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Insurance background preferred.
• Up to 2 years of proven customer support experience.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Strong phone contact handling and active listening.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Answer Medicare Supplement calls to provide information to agents and insureds.
• Place outgoing calls to provide or obtain information.
• Document all calls and progress in the documentation system.
• Transfer or refer misdirected calls to the appropriate person or office.
• Process customer requests using internal procedures.
• Produce correspondence to customers and maintain audit-ready records.
• Communicate with supervisor and team to avoid duplication of efforts.
