Health Alliance Plan in Michigan seeks a Medicare & Individual Sales Coordinator to provide sales, service and administrative support to the producer and consumer segments of the Medicare & Individual Sales Department. Qualifications

• Minimum of five years’ experience with a health insurance pre-sales carrier.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in employee and producer incentive programs.
• Experience with enrollment and customer service processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as a sales/service coordinator for the Medicare & Individual Sales Department.
• Process enrollments for both Medicare & Individual Sales.
• Assist external agents with certification inquiries and enrollment platform access.
• Assist with and manage special projects, spreadsheets, and presentations for the Medicare & Individual Sales department.
• Provide customer service for the producer community by responding to inquiries and requests (manage phone queue and email).
• Perform administrative tasks including PowerPoint, Excel audits, data entry, and procedures.
• Collect data to prepare monthly production reports and metrics.
• Verify and calculate departmental incentives for internal staff.
• Consolidate and distribute delinquency and outreach reports.
• Collaborate with management to train and implement new policies and procedures.
