Job summary

Humana is seeking Medicare Sales Field Agents in designated territories to educate members about Medicare Advantage plans and Humana’s offerings through in-home visits and community events.

As part of a small team, you will drive self-generated sales, meet targets, and travel occasionally for training. A valid license and driver’s license are required. Compensation ranges from $80,000 to $125,000 per year with base plus commission.

Qualifications

• Active Health Insurance License required or ability to obtain.
• Must reside in the assigned territory.
• Comfortable with daily face-to-face interactions in members’ homes, at events, or community settings.
• Valid state driver’s license and personal vehicle liability insurance meeting state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Build trust and educate individuals on Humana’s Medicare Advantage plans and offerings.
• Create meaningful, face-to-face connections through grassroots marketing, community events, and in-home visits.
• Drive self-generated sales and meet performance goals in the local market.
