Job summary

Humana is seeking a field-based representative to educate and enroll members in Medicare Advantage and related offerings through in-home visits, community events, and grassroots outreach. You will build trusted relationships and expand Humana’s presence in your local market.

The role is 40 hours per week with pay ranging from $80,000 to $125,000 annually (base plus commission). A valid state driver’s license and residency in the local territory are required.

Qualifications

• Active Health Insurance License required or ability to obtain.
• Must reside in the designated local territory to serve the community.
• Comfortable with daily face-to-face interactions in homes, events, and community settings.
• Valid state driver’s license with vehicle liability insurance meeting state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Build trust and educate individuals on Humana’s Medicare Advantage plans and offerings.
• Create face-to-face connections through grassroots marketing, community events, and in-home visits.
• Drive self-generated sales, meet performance goals, and expand Humana’s presence in the market.
