Job summary

Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Louisiana seeks a Supervisor for Enrollment & Billing to lead the Medicare enrollment team and ensure end-to-end process efficiency, accuracy, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in operations with 1+ year of leadership, CMS knowledge, and experience with Facets/EAM, ESI, or related Medicare systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelors degree preferred.
• 3 years of operational experience; 1 year of demonstrated leadership required.
• Enrollment & Billing experience preferred; CMS regulations and reporting knowledge helpful.

Responsibilities

• Administers HR functions: hiring, performance reviews, schedules and coaching.
• Follow CMS standards for enrollment and eligibility; ensure data accuracy and compliance.
• Serve as subject matter expert on end-to-end enrollment processes and policies.
• Identify system and process gaps; test and approve changes; train unit.
• Monitor daily tasks, coordinate with departments, and participate in projects.
• Maintain vendor relationships and ensure quality/service levels.
