Responsibilities include processing applications, renewals, and client support with no sales quotas. Requires CA Health & Life Insurance License and 2+ years in health insurance; compensation is hourly with benefits in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Active California Health & Life Insurance License.
• Minimum 2 years in benefits/health insurance industry.
• Strong customer service with client-first approach.
• Ability to clearly explain plan options and coverage.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Salesforce a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

• Regular attendance as per company policy.

Responsibilities

• Service an existing book of business and assist with new Medicare plans.
• Provide exceptional service with no prospecting quotas.
• Assist clients with questions on health, dental, vision, life, and Medicare.
• Research and tailor insurance solutions to client needs.
• Support clients through renewals, claims, and plan management.
• Process insurance applications and maintain client files.
• Collaborate to deliver top-tier service in every interaction.
• Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory changes.
