Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3–5 years in healthcare compliance, auditing, regulatory affairs, risk management or related field.
• Experience coordinating complex projects with multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
• Experience supporting audits, corrective action plans, or regulatory responses.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple regulatory audits (CMS, federal, state) from intake to close.
• Prepare and organize audit materials, universes, and evidence for readiness.
• Lead audit readiness activities and facilitate cross‑function collaboration.
• Develop, track, and validate CAPs aligning with regulatory expectations.
• Monitor CAPs through completion and ensure timely remediation.
• Support CAP validation and effectiveness reviews for sustained compliance.
• Record and escalate potential compliance issues identified in audits.
• Prepare audit status updates and materials for governance forums.
• Develop dashboards, risk logs, and project plans for leadership visibility.
• Support overall audit governance and regulatory readiness.
