Job summary

Better Health Group seeks a Broker Liaison to build and maintain relationships with insurance brokers in an assigned territory, educating beneficiaries about Better Health Group’s care model and Medicare options. This role ensures CMS guidelines, HIPAA, and Anti-Kickback Statute compliance in all outreach.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's preferred in Marketing, Business Admin or related field.
• 2+ years in insurance broker sales, Medicare outreach, or healthcare education.
• Working knowledge of Medicare/Medicare Advantage and CMS guidelines.
• HIPAA privacy and security obligations; handling prospective patient information.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain broker relationships to educate about Medicare and Better Health Group’s care model.
• Ensure communications are educational and CMS-compliant; avoid enrollment activities at events.
• Develop compliant outreach plans to raise Medicare education and awareness.
• Coordinate with internal teams and CRM to track broker engagement and territory growth.
• Represent Better Health Group at events; ensure educational content is non-promotional.
