Integrity, LLC seeks an experienced Retirement Protection Specialist to drive annuity sales within a Medicare-focused environment in Johnstown, PA. You will educate clients on retirement income strategies and guide them toward suitable annuity solutions.

You will develop new business while managing an existing client portfolio, conducting needs assessments, and delivering compelling presentations with a consultative approach. Licensing and training are required and encouraged.

Qualifications

• Active Life & Health Insurance License (or ability to obtain).
• Experience selling annuities, retirement products, or related financial services required; Medicare sales experience strongly preferred.
• Proven success in new business and relationship roles.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and consultative‑selling skills.
• Ability to simplify complex financial concepts for clients age 65+ and their families.

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and convert new prospects through outbound outreach, community events, referral networks, partnerships, and Medicare-related leads.
• Conduct needs assessments for Medicare-eligible individuals to uncover retirement income gaps and annuity opportunities.
• Design and deliver compelling presentations explaining how annuity products enhance long-term financial protection.
• Manage and grow an assigned client portfolio, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and retention.
• Provide regular policy reviews and follow-ups at key Medicare milestones; identify cross-sell opportunities.
