Job summary

Mass General Brigham Health Plan is seeking a Senior Healthcare Analyst to support the development and monitoring of medical cost and utilization reporting for Medicare Advantage and Dual Eligible populations.

The role requires 3–5 years of analytics experience in healthcare data, with 2–3 years in Medicare Advantage; strong Power BI and Excel skills are essential. You will collaborate with clinical, finance, and operations teams to deliver actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5 years of membership, claims, and risk data analytics experience.
• 2–3 years in D-SNP or Medicare Advantage; STARS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cost and Utilization: develop and enhance medical cost and utilization analysis across Medicare Advantage and Dual Eligible lines.
• Clinical Program Evaluation: design analyses of outcomes, financial and clinical effectiveness of programs.
• Overall: create queries, executive-ready analyses, and reporting; ensure accuracy and reproducibility.
• Collaborate with IT and data teams to improve analytic infrastructure and data standards.
