Oliver Wyman Health Practice seeks a Health Manager/Senior Manager with Medicare Advantage experience to oversee multi-workstream projects and lead client engagements. You will mentor teams, coordinate with clients, and contribute to strategic health actuarial analyses across Part C and D and care-management initiatives.

The role emphasizes collaboration, autonomy, and growth within a rapidly expanding team, with a hybrid office presence in major U.S. locations including Milwaukee.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, finance or related field.
• 7+ years actuarial experience in Medicare Advantage, preferring consulting.
• ASA or FSA credentials required.
• Ability to autonomously manage medium-to-large projects with minimal principal involvement.

Responsabilités

• Lead and certify Medicare Advantage bid development for Part C and D.
• Develop health insurance products, modeling and analysis for Medicare Advantage.
• Set pricing assumptions, trends and pricing methodologies.
• Analyze medical and pharmacy claims; benchmark against industry experience.
• Conduct feasibility studies for startups or expansions for payers or partnerships.
• Support regulatory changes and implementation.
• Evaluate provider contracts and impact on rates.
• Assess value-based care and risk arrangements from payer/provider perspectives.
• Identify opportunities for improved total cost of care and population health.
• Evaluate risk scores and assist with improving coding/capture.
• Assess care management programs.
