• Experience with multiple business functions to deliver strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy and lifecycle management for Medicare Advantage across markets or segments.
• Drive design and development of product benefits and features with cross-functional partners.
• Support CMS bid development, regulatory activities, and service area expansions.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and differentiation.
• Oversee member communications and digital experiences for accuracy and accessibility.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Community Engagement to support go-to-market and growth initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional product initiatives and manage timelines and risks.
• Monitor product performance and provide insights to leadership.
• Maintain knowledge of Medicare Advantage regulations and CMS guidance.
