Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Medicare Product Implementation to lead end-to-end Medicare Advantage program implementation and ongoing operations. You will partner with internal teams and external partners to gather requirements, develop plans, and ensure compliant, patient-friendly member experiences.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of work experience with 5+ years in Medicare Advantage.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Proven ability to manage projects and implementations.
• Strong planning, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Experience with regulatory requirements and audits.
• Detail-oriented with ability to prioritize in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation and ongoing operations for assigned Medicare Advantage programs.
• Develop, maintain, and manage implementation deliverables and requirements.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings and provide leadership updates.
• Collaborate with internal and vendor teams to align benefit design and member experience.
• Monitor program performance and address operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with CMS regulations and support audits.
• Support bid-related activities and other duties.
