Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager for Medicare Product Implementation to lead end-to-end program delivery, planning, and operational execution. You will coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure compliant, timely go-lives and ongoing program performance across Medicare Advantage initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Medicare Advantage experience including benefits and regulations.
• Experience managing projects and implementations.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives with internal/external partners.
• Proven ability to plan, deliver, and support programs with clear communication.
• Experience creating and maintaining project plans in a matrix environment.
• Strong vendor management and prioritization skills.
• Highly organized, detail oriented and able to handle multiple programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation and ongoing operations for Medicare Advantage programs.
• Develop and manage project deliverables, plans, milestones and risk mitigation.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings and provide leadership with performance metrics.
• Collaborate with internal and vendor teams to align benefits and member experience.
• Ensure compliance with CMS regulations and support audits and inquiries.
