• Represent enrollment and reconciliation operations in cross-functional projects.
• Develop and maintain reports and project timelines to track progress and outcomes.
• Serve as the Product Owner for Enrollment, ensuring project requirements are clearly defined and implemented, reviewing and approving requirements documentation, participating in solution design, guiding project teams, and coordinating cross-functional discussions and efforts.
