This senior finance role directs forecasting, bid governance, and long-range planning, building a high-performing team and delivering executive-level analyses for strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in finance, FP&A, strategic finance, healthcare finance, consulting, or related disciplines.
• Demonstrated success leading financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and strategic decision-support activities.
• Proven ability to influence business strategy and operational outcomes through financial analysis and executive partnership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and partner with Medicare Advantage leadership to drive growth and performance.
• Oversee financial planning, forecasting, reporting, performance management, and long-range planning across the Medicare Advantage portfolio.
• Provide financial leadership for bid development, pricing, strategic investments, and growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Operations, Actuarial, Network, Clinical, and Stars teams to support data-driven decisions.
