Experience in healthcare, health insurance, Medicare, or related industry.
Ability to influence executive decision‑making through analysis and insights.
Strong financial modeling, investment evaluation, and scenario planning skills.
Experience leading cross‑functional initiatives with senior stakeholders.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship management.
Proven track record building and leading high‑performing teams.
