Job summary

Point32Health, Inc. is seeking a Manager of Reporting and Analytics – Medicare Advantage to lead a team of senior analysts and drive governance, reporting, and CMS/APCD submissions. You will collaborate across Actuarial, IT, Claims, and Membership Operations to ensure data accuracy and regulatory compliance.

The role requires 7–10 years in analytics leadership within health plans, strong SQL/SAS/Databricks/Tableau skills, and excellent communication. Hybrid work with Canton, MA onsite days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7–10 years in progressively responsible analytical roles with leadership experience.
• Experience with data governance, data architecture, and data lineage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Medicare Advantage and APCD data governance, reporting, and submission oversight.
• Collaborate with Actuarial, Claims, Membership Operations, Provider Information, External Vendors and IT.
• Lead data optimization, CMS/EDPS/EDMS submissions, and data quality remediation.
• Develop executive-level analytics, dashboards, and reconciliation reporting.
• Manage and coach a team of 3–4 analysts and data leads.
