Point32Health, Inc. is seeking a Manager of Reporting and Analytics – Medicare Advantage to lead data governance, analytics, and reporting for MA and APCD programs.

You will oversee data submissions to CMS and state agencies, collaborate with Actuarial, IT, Claims, and Operations, and manage vendor relationships while guiding a 3–4 person analytics team. The role focuses on data accuracy, compliance, and revenue optimization across MA products, with a hybrid work model and a strong emphasis on

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required; 7–10 years in analytical roles with leadership experience.
• Experience with data governance, data architecture, data lineage, data quality, and reporting.
• Healthcare payer or health plan experience with team leadership and stakeholder management.

Mansioni

• Oversee Medicare Advantage and APCD data submission and reporting.
• Collaborate with Actuarial, IT, Claims, and Operations on data management and analytics.
• Manage CMS, state agencies, and vendor relationships for EDS/EDPS and APCD submissions.
• Develop executive-level dashboards and reports to communicate reconciliation results and risks.
