Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a Medical Writing Operations Intern to support a short-term project focused on capability builds, digital collaboration, and AI adoption.

You will work under mentors to refine prompts, develop templates using Microsoft 365 tools, and contribute to an adoption playbook. The role requires a PhD-level student in a related field, with experience in GenAI tools, and strong English communication.

Qualificações

• Enrolled full-time in a PhD program in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, Biomedical Sciences, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Support selected MW Ops projects under guidance of team members and SMEs.
• Develop reusable Microsoft Loop/Teams templates and a playbook for meetings and decisions.
• Assist in AI adoption by collecting user feedback and contributing to an adoption playbook.
• Develop prompts for GenAI outputs using approved tools and document test results.
• Collaborate with MW Ops and cross-functional teams to improve processes.
• Create brief training materials to support adoption of templates and prompts.
• Attend MW Ops and Innovation Project meetings and contribute.
• Deliver end-of-internship summary presentation with findings and recommendations.
