Job summary

Envision Pharma Group is seeking a Medical Writer to craft high-quality, scientifically accurate content across publications projects for an immunology-focused account within our Envision 90TEN agency. The role involves maintaining client briefs, participating in meetings, and delivering compliant work on time and within budget, with opportunities to contribute to new business

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in life sciences or clinical discipline.
• Medcomms agency experience delivering publications.
• Immunology experience is beneficial but not essential.
• Ability to interpret, evaluate and communicate complex data.
• Strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with literature reviews and information retrieval.
• Proficiency with Office tools and graphing/referencing software (EndNote, GraphPad Prism).

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of therapeutic areas, client products, and regulations.
• Create high-quality, scientifically accurate, compliant content for client briefs.
• Participate in client meetings and onsite programs, assisting with materials.
• Manage workload and timelines/budgets per SOPs.
• Contribute to scientific content for proposals and pitches when appropriate.
• Review and data-check work against source materials.
• Contribute to project tracking and reporting using DataVision, Zinc, Clear.

Role responsibilities

• Demonstrate and maintain knowledge of assigned therapeutic areas, client and competitor products, and industry regulations.
• Create high-quality, scientifically accurate, and compliant content to meet client briefs across a variety of project types.
• Participate in client meetings and onsite programs, assisting in preparation of materials, as needed.
• Effectively manage and prioritise workload, following processes aligned with internal and client SOPs to deliver to agreed timelines and budgets.
• Contribute to the scientific content for new business opportunities/proposals, and when appropriate, participate in pitch presentations.
• Review and data check work against source materials.
• Contribute to project tracking and reporting using relevant tools (e.g. DataVision, Zinc, Clear), as appropriate.

Do you have what we are looking for?

Skills & expertise

• An advanced degree in a life sciences or clinical discipline.
• Demonstrable experience in a medcomms agency setting is essential, working on publications deliverables.
• Experience in immunology would be beneficial, but no essential.
• Ability to effectively interpret, evaluate and communicate complex scientific data in a variety of styles and formats.
• Strong interpersonal skills, and an ability to interact effectively with colleagues, clients, and external experts.
• Expertise in use of online and other data sources for literature reviews and information retrieval.
• Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, and experience with graphing/referencing software (e.g. EndNote and GraphPad Prism).
