Daniels Health in Sturtevant, WI is seeking a dependable, safety-minded driver to support healthcare routes. Operate up to 26' box trucks, collect and transport medical waste and sharps, and deliver excellent customer service to hospitals along your local route.

This full-time, 1st shift role offers daytime hours, 4 ten-hour days, and competitive pay with a sign-on bonus. Join a team focused on safety, compliance, and meaningful work in healthcare logistics.

Formación

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and a DOT medical card.
• Experience operating vehicles up to 26’ box trucks.
• Familiarity with DOT compliance, logging hours, and roadside inspections.
• Confidence completing Level 1–3 DOT road checks.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and proven tenure with past employers.
• Customer-focused mindset with a flexible, can-do attitude.
• Commitment to safe driving and on-time delivery practices.

Responsabilidades

• Safely collect, transport, and store medical waste and sharps containers.
• Operate company vehicles up to 26’ box trucks.
• Manage assigned local routes and deliver timely, reliable service.
• Complete deliveries according to schedule and communicate route changes or issues.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain DOT compliance including logs and roadside inspections.
• Load and unload containers throughout the day (heavy lifting required).
• Organize and prioritize your truck based on route needs.
• Build positive relationships with healthcare customers through professional, friendly service.
