Daniels Health is seeking a dependable driver for healthcare routes in Sturtevant, WI. This role offers consistent daytime hours, local routes, and meaningful work supporting hospitals and healthcare professionals daily.

You will collect and transport medical waste and sharps containers, deliver top-tier customer service, and maintain DOT compliance on local routes with 40-hour weeks and overtime possibilities.

Qualifications

• Valid Class B CDL with a clean driving record and DOT medical card.
• Experience operating vehicles up to 26’ box trucks.
• Familiarity with DOT compliance, logging hours, and roadside inspections.
• Confidence completing Level 1–3 DOT road checks.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and proven tenure with past employers.
• Customer-focused mindset with a flexible, can-do attitude.
• Commitment to safe driving and on-time delivery practices.

Responsabilités

• Safely collect, transport, and store medical waste and sharps containers.
• Operate company vehicles up to 26’ box trucks.
• Manage assigned local routes and deliver timely, reliable service.
• Complete deliveries according to schedule and communicate route changes or issues.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain DOT compliance including logs and roadside inspections.
• Load and unload containers throughout the day (heavy lifting required).
• Organize and prioritize your truck based on route needs.
• Build positive relationships with healthcare customers through professional, friendly service.
