Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 0–2 years in warehouse, manufacturing, sanitation, or labor.
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and push/pull up to 200 lbs.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to learn.
• Able to work overtime and weekends.
• Pre-employment screenings including background check & drug screen.

Responsabilidades

• Load and unload autoclave carts and box waste safely.
• Move carts through tipping and washing equipment.
• Clean containers and equipment with pressure washing tools.
• Inspect carts for cleanliness and damage.
• Weigh box waste and record processing information.
• Bale cardboard and assist with trailer loading.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Track daily processing and production volumes.
• Support daily operations with team members.
• Assist with process improvements and special projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
